This morning I received another phone call regarding Comfort's health and have made the decision to leave tomorrow for Ghana. Comfort is still not doing well and is in need of medical care. The orphanage no longer has legal custody of her because the adoption is final, so I need to be there to make decisions and get her the medical care she needs. Hopefully they will be able to stabilize her enough for her to travel.
Please pray for Comfort's health and that the US Embassy will move the papers through quickly (record time would be great!). Also, for mine and Laurel's safety!
I'll keep updating from Ghana!
See you all soon.

Hey Lanae and Laurel, We pray for God's peace and protection around you. We ask God to move in a way only He can and that all things would be done quickly and that all of your will return home as soon as possible. We ask that Comfort be held close in the palm of God's hand to strengthen, comfort and sustain her now and as you all travel back home. We pray for Comfort, Brian and Josephine that their faith will continue to grow as God moves in all of your lives.
We pray that you will walk by the Spirit as God leads you to and through the doors and connections He has set up for you in Ghana. May His peace which surpasses all understanding guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. We ask all of this in the precious name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We love you all.
