Bummer again!

I'm ready to get off the roller coaster now. Today we were scheduled to have the judge sign the decree, but he 'was not feeling well' so he didn't show up. I would love to tell him how 'not well' I'm feeling, but somehow I don't think that would matter. So we are re-scheduled (again) for Thursday. Still trusting God for that huge miracle!! We have rescheduled our flight home for Saturday and we can change it again if we need to.
Just for fun (so this post isn't totally depressing) I thought I'd share some fun games you can play while in Ghana:
Count the Cockroach
For added fun: Smash the Cockroach (or go running for Grace the house lady and she will play the game for you)
Survive the Car Ride (always exciting!)
Lizard Chase (my personal favorite)
Barter for Fees (car rides, food, clothes, etc.)
Guess Our Weights (we'll let you play when we get home, here's a hint: take our former weights and subtract about 10 pounds each)
Thanks again for all your prayers, not sure what God is doing, but we're hanging in there. Also Thank you so much for the comments. I read them all over and over.

Hang in there kids !!!! You haven't gone all that way & worked soooo hard in vain. Your faith will
see you through to a happy ending. SHAME on that judge. You have been tested enough, time to
be able to move ahead with your lives.
Tell that judge to restect your elders..... there's a Grandma & Grandpa here
that are about ready to give him a piece of their minds.
Tomorrow will be a better day.
Once again,take care & stay safe.Love,
GnG Watson

Still praying knowing that our God is a God of justice and compassion... you will be home soon with overwhelming joy! We all love you and miss you! Pretty sure Cassidy is sick of me reading the blogs and is ready to see you already! ;) as Im sure you are too! Love you!

Hey Pearsons,
I am so very sorry that you are going through these ups and downs. Victory is just around the corner!

Don't give up,
don't give in,
you are just about to win!

Cockroaches??? ummmm.... :(

Be encouraged - this is the labor pains. You are about to give birth to the promised children! PUSH! (Pray Until Something Happens!) And know that we are PUSHing right along with you! We love you.

We are praying for you! Remember, these things are not "sudden" or "unexpected" to God. He knew about this set-back, and He has a plan for you! Keep your faith and don't be discouraged. God is on your side and things are going to work out.

Count your blessings everyday, as we know you do. Keep your faith first and foremost, as we know you will.
The song "Bridge Over Troubled Water" came into my mind while reading this blog. We pray that God will carry you now, for a little while. Try to rest.
Love you so much,
The BentzBunch

HI Family,
Hope all has gone well with court today.
Kelcey & Maggie, are you keeping you journals? My Bone Marrow drive was cancelled today, so now I can be here to check for good news from the Pearsons.
Good luck & maybe we'll seeing you soon.
Love, Mom

Hi all you Pearsons in Africa -- I'm so used to pulling up your blog now -- and when I see your "family photo", it now looks wrong since there are 3 kids missing from it. Looking forward to the day when God allows them to come home and you get a new family photo. Eat up. Rest up. Hope you have a nice "day off".
Love, Sheri

I am so sorry to hear about the setback and I will be praying for you and hope that you get some good news very quickly! Eat some plantain chips for me; I miss those and a cold bottle of coke!

Stretched, tested in our faith to a limit that only god knows we are capable of. The miracles are that much sweeter. Your miracle has arrived : )
